About Your Inspector
Comprehensive inspections of all major home systems are conducted following industry Standards of Practice. This includes structural elements, electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling equipment, roofing, exterior and interior components, windows, doors, and insulation throughout the property.
Most inspections require 2-4 hours to complete thoroughly, though timing varies with property size and complexity. Properties with additional features like swimming pools, outbuildings, or extensive mechanical systems may need extra time for proper inspection.
It is highly recommended that clients join during the inspection whenever possible. This provides valuable learning opportunities about the property's systems and allows for real-time discussion of any findings or maintenance considerations.
